• Managing our appointment diary and making sure everything is organized 💯
• Sending out patient reminders to ensure everyone remembers their visits ⏰
• Processing payments accurately and efficiently 💰
• Keeping patient records up-to-date with precision 🗂️
• Providing administrative support for both NHS and private treatments 🌟
• Managing patient recalls and referrals with care 🙏
• Offering general reception and administrative support to our dental team, making their day easier! ✨
