Your Role:
Jump into the heart of the action as an Apprentice Sales Assistant! You'll be serving customers with a smile 😊, shouting about our awesome Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling amazing. You'll help keep our store looking sharp and fully stocked, all while playing a key part in smashing our store targets. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that's never dull and packed with learning opportunities. We see our apprentices as future Team Leaders, and we'll equip you with everything you need to succeed – from brilliant training to real chances to climb the ladder. 🪜
Your training is all in-store for the first 12 months – no boring college days or homework! 📚 At the end, you'll have a chat about your journey and a quick observation. Your team and tutor will be there to support you every step of the way, helping you nail your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. 🎓

You're a Perfect Fit If:
- You've got a Grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- You're not currently in education and can commit to full-time shifts.
- You HAVENT completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
