What You'll Be Doing:

Jump into the action as an Apprentice Sales Assistant! You'll be the face of Superdrug, serving customers with a smile 😊, sharing our killer Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling fantastic. You'll help keep our store looking its best, fully stocked, and play a vital role in smashing our store targets. It's a hands-on, fast-paced role that’s never dull and packed with opportunities to learn. We see you as a future Team Leader, and we’ll provide brilliant training and real chances to climb the ladder. 🪜

Your training will be fully in-store for the first 12 months – no boring college days or homework! 📚 You'll wrap up with a discussion about your experiences and a practical observation. Your team and tutor will be there to support you every step of the way to nail your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

You're a Perfect Fit If:

• You have Grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths. 📝
• You're not currently in education and are ready for full-time shifts.
• You've never completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• You are eligible to work in the UK. 🇬🇧
• You're brand new to the retail world! 🎉
