What you'll be doing:

• Being the friendly face of the practice – greeting patients and answering calls. 👋📞
• Handling patient questions and making sure they feel looked after. 🤗
• Managing appointments, including bookings and follow-ups. 📅
• Keeping our dental equipment spotless and ready for action. ✨
• Handling patient records accurately and efficiently. 📝
• Ensuring our patients have the best possible experience and feel comfortable. 😊
• Keeping dental areas clean and tidy. 🧼
• Managing our supplies and equipment stock. 📦
• Any other tasks that help us deliver fantastic patient care to our dentists and senior team. 💪

What Tempdent will provide:

• A Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship qualification. 💯
• Functional Skills training (if needed). 📚
• A flexible online learning approach. 💻
• New apprentices can join us throughout the year with quarterly start dates. 🗓️
• We'll give you a thorough induction and check in regularly to support your progress. 👍

Key responsibilities

• Support clinicians to deliver high-quality dental treatments.
• Manage reception duties, including answering the phone and greeting patients.
• Sterilise and prepare equipment for dentists.
• Record and deal with patient records.
• Manage stock of equipment and supplies.
