What you'll be doing:

  • Be the friendly face of our practice: handling reception duties, answering calls, and greeting patients warmly ๐Ÿ‘‹
  • Assist patients with their questions and queries, making their experience as smooth as possible
  • Manage payments efficiently and professionally ๐Ÿ’ณ
  • Keep our appointment book organised, booking and following up on patient visits ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ
  • Ensure our dental equipment is always sterile and ready for action, plus prepare it for the dentists ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ
  • Accurately record and manage patient information ๐Ÿ“
  • Be a champion for patient well-being and their overall dental experience โค๏ธ
  • Keep our dental areas, including chairs, sparkling clean and hygienic ๐Ÿงผ
  • Manage our stock of equipment and supplies, ensuring we have everything we need ๐Ÿ“ฆ
  • Lend a hand with any other tasks to help our dentists and senior team provide amazing patient care
