Ready to dive into the exciting world of cybersecurity? Sophos is looking for ambitious individuals to join our Inside Sales team in Manchester as Cyber Security Apprentices. You'll be the right-hand support for our Sales Engineering (SE) stars, helping them crush sales targets and champion Sophos solutions. 🛡️
What You'll Be Doing:
- Become the go-to technical guru for our Mid-Market sales pipeline. 💡
- Team up with our Inside SEs, Channel Account Managers (CAMs), and Mid-Market Sales teams. 🤝
- Lend your technical expertise to chase down new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and empower our amazing partners. 🌟
- Get deep insights into customer needs – understand their challenges, priorities, and what drives them, then show them how Sophos is the perfect fit. 🎯
- Help build sales pipelines through collaborative efforts with our sales and channel teams. 📈
- Support the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, focusing on keeping customers happy and encouraging them to explore more of our awesome tech. ✅
- Act as a trusted technology advisor to both our valued partners and clients. 👑

Your Entry Pass:
- A-Level in ICT
- International Baccalaureate at Level 3 in ICT
- Level 3 apprenticeship in a similar subject
- BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (180 credits)
- Or a combination of qualifications and experience that show you've got the foundational knowledge!
- If you have international qualifications, you'll need an official document comparing them to UK standards (check UK ENIC for details!). 🌍

Key responsibilities
- Help support Mid-Market accounts sales pipeline, providing technical guidance
- Support the sales and channel team to achieve its quarterly sales goals
- Assist in the sales process through closure of the sale, driving high renewal rate and cross-sell opportunities
- Act as a trusted technology advisor to key Sophos partners and customers
- Engage with customers regularly to understand their business pain points and align Sophos solutions
