  • Mentoring and supporting our amazing staff, fellow apprentices, and students – be the role model you'd want! 💪
  • Keeping safeguarding, health, safety, and welfare at the forefront – always. 💯
  • Helping to shape, deliver, and review our early years curriculum, making sure it's engaging and aligned with the EYFS framework. 🍎
  • Building awesome relationships with parents, carers, and professionals outside the nursery. 🗣️
  • Contributing to staff supervisions, team meetings, and driving our continuous improvement. 📈
  • Pitching in with compliance, inspections, and quality assurance to keep our standards sky-high. ✅
  • Balancing your exciting role with completing all your apprenticeship training, assessments, and coursework. 📚
