  • Lead and Inspire: You'll be assisting our Registered Manager in supporting, mentoring, and supervising our amazing Residential Childcare Worker team. 🚀 Help them shine!
  • Be the Voice: Step up and represent the Registered Manager in important meetings with external stakeholders like social workers, regulatory bodies, education professionals, parents, and carers when needed. 🗣️ Your input matters!
  • Represent the Team: Attend Tressell Leadership meetings when required, bringing your valuable insights and representing our Home and staff team. 🤝
  • Own Your Tasks: Take charge of monitoring, recording, and other administrative duties delegated by the Registered Manager. Get things done! ✅
  • Be on Call: Contribute to our Tressell Homes On-Call service, ensuring support is always available. 🌙
  • Facilitate Growth: Prepare, arrange, and facilitate staff meetings, fostering open communication and collaboration. 🗓️
  • Keep Learning: Engage in relevant training to boost your skills and keep your training profile up-to-date. Never stop growing! 🌱

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting the Registered Manager in team support, mentorship, and supervision.
  • Standing in for the Registered Manager at external stakeholder meetings when required.
  • Taking responsibility for delegated monitoring, recording, and administrative tasks.
  • Participating in the Tressell Homes On-Call service.
  • Preparing for, arranging, and facilitating staff meetings when required.
