  • Always putting the safety and well-being of children and young people first. ❤️
  • Immediately flagging any child protection or safeguarding concerns. 🚨
  • Attending important meetings to support individual children. 🗓️
  • Being up for training and always looking to grow your skills. 🧠
  • Showing up to staff meetings and contributing to our team. 🤝
  • Helping out with household duties to keep our space clean and tidy. 🏡
  • Working professionally with other organizations. 🤝
  • Being ready to jump in during emergencies and help out when needed. 🏃‍♀️
