What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

  • ๐Ÿค Patient Welcome & Scheduling: Greet patients warmly and assist with booking their appointments.
  • โ“ Handling Enquiries: Professionally answer basic patient questions and provide clear information.
  • โœจ Surgery Prep & Sterilisation: Get our surgeries ready for action, sterilise instruments, and maintain super strict infection control according to CQC standards.
  • ๐Ÿง‘โ€โš•๏ธ Clinical Assistance: Support our dentists during treatments and keep patient records bang up to date, ensuring GDPR is always followed.
  • ๐Ÿ˜Œ Patient Comfort: Help patients feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their visit, making their dental experience positive.
  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Stock & Equipment Management: Keep an eye on our supplies, equipment, and make sure the surgery is always ready to go.
  • ๐Ÿงผ Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain clean, safe, and fully equipped clinical areas.
  • ๐Ÿคซ Confidentiality: Uphold patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times โ€“ this is super important!

Key responsibilities

  • Provide efficient chairside support to clinicians.
  • Assist with patient care, including welcoming and handling basic enquiries.
  • Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control.
  • Accurately update patient records and uphold patient confidentiality.
  • Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and clinical areas.
