What you'll be doing:

  • Helping to plan and schedule vehicle maintenance โ€“ think of yourself as the conductor of our maintenance orchestra! ๐ŸŽถ
  • Ensuring our fleet stays compliant with all regulations, including MOTs, inspections, and servicing. ๐Ÿš—
  • Gaining valuable insights into transport laws, operator licence requirements, and the best ways to run a fleet. โš–๏ธ
  • Assisting with reporting vehicle defects and managing their repair. ๐Ÿ”ง
  • Communicating with drivers, workshops, suppliers, and external service providers โ€“ you'll be a key link! ๐Ÿค
  • Keeping our fleet records and documentation super organised and up-to-date. ๐Ÿ“š
  • Supporting the administration of vehicle licensing, taxation, and compliance. ๐Ÿงพ
  • Helping to produce reports and analyse data to make our operations even better. ๐Ÿ“Š
  • Contributing to projects aimed at boosting fleet efficiency and performance. โœจ

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting with vehicle maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Supporting fleet compliance, including MOTs, inspections and servicing
  • Learning about transport legislation, operator licence compliance and industry best practice
  • Assisting with defect reporting and repair management
  • Liaising with drivers, workshops, suppliers and third-party service providers
