As a Maintenance Apprentice, you'll be working closely with our experienced engineers, soaking up knowledge and honing your practical skills in maintaining our vital production plant and equipment. 🛠️

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance tasks. 📅
  • Helping to identify and diagnose issues with mechanical and electrical equipment. 💡
  • Assisting with repairs, replacements, and ensuring equipment is back in action. ✅
  • Learning to safely inspect, test, and work on production machinery and systems. ⚡
  • Contributing to the installation, assembly, and dismantling of mechanical and electrical equipment when needed. 🔩
  • Adhering to strict engineering procedures, safe work practices, and site health and safety regulations. 🛡️
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance records and communicating effectively with engineering and production teams. 🗣️
  • Developing a solid understanding of food manufacturing needs and the critical importance of minimizing production downtime. 🚀
