What you'll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for IT issues, tackling requests via phone, email, Teams, and our ticketing system. 📞📧
- Triage and resolve first-line incidents, becoming a pro at troubleshooting and escalating when needed. 🚀
- Get your hands dirty setting up essential tech: laptops, monitors, and mobile phones. 🖥️🤳
- Become an expert in supporting Intune enrolment, Autopilot builds, Microsoft 365, Windows, printers, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and managing user accounts. 🌐🖱️
- Help maintain accurate asset records and support our seamless starter and leaver processes. 🗂️✨
