Are you ready to kickstart your career in customer service? We're looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Customer Service Advisor Apprentices! 🚀 This is your chance to gain hands-on experience and earn a valuable qualification while working in a dynamic environment.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our service department, connecting directly with our customers. You'll play a crucial role in making sure our customers' vehicles get the care they need, acting as the go-between for them and our skilled Service Technicians. 🛠️ You'll manage the administrative and customer relations side of things, keeping our service operations running smoothly.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- 👂 Listening and Understanding: Interpreting customer concerns and feedback with empathy.
- 📅 Scheduling: Booking and organizing vehicle service appointments efficiently.
- 💬 Communicating Updates: Keeping customers informed about any additional work that may be required on their vehicles.
- 💰 Estimating: Providing clear estimates for the time and costs associated with repairs.
- 🤝 Problem-Solving: Handling customer complaints professionally and finding solutions.
- ❓ Responding to Inquiries: Addressing customer requests promptly and helpfully.
- 🚗 Tracking Progress: Following the vehicle's journey through our workshop.
Towards the end of your apprenticeship, you'll have the exciting opportunity to lead a project designed to improve and develop our business needs. 💡
This is a fantastic 15-month apprenticeship program where you'll work towards a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification, all remotely! 💻
