You'll be the calm in the storm, expertly managing emergency and non-emergency calls, gathering crucial details by asking sharp questions, and ensuring vital information reaches our officers swiftly. β‘οΈ
Dive into Crime Recording, where you'll be the guardian of accurate data, meticulously documenting incidents using our systems and adhering to all guidelines. βοΈ You'll also collaborate with partner agencies to log a variety of incidents where the police are involved. π€ Need to direct someone to the right help? You'll be the go-to for signposting the public to more appropriate services when police aren't the solution. πΊοΈ
Beyond calls, you'll conquer online platforms, handling requests and queries with efficiency. π» But the action doesn't stop there! You'll be at the heart of operations, managing resource dispatch, prioritizing incidents based on threat, risk, harm, and vulnerability, and always putting public and officer safety first. π¨ Ensuring our officers and resources have everything they need to tackle incidents is key. π
