Ready to kickstart your career in retail? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Apprentice Retail Supervisor to join our vibrant team in Middleton! This is a permanent, full-time gig with a flexible 5-day-a-week schedule, including various shifts. 🗓️

What You'll Be Up To:

• Customer Champion: Greet everyone with a warm smile and a friendly hello, making every customer feel welcome. 👋
• Product Guru: Help shoppers find exactly what they're looking for. 🛍️
• Speedy Service: Deliver fast, friendly service at the tills, always offering to pack and leaving customers with a genuine thank you and goodbye. 😊
• Stock Star: Handle deliveries with care, quickly getting products into our freezers and onto shelves, ready for shoppers. 🧊
• Team Player: Collaborate with your colleagues to keep our shop sparkling clean and tidy. ✨
• Shop Leader: You'll be involved in opening and closing the shop, managing cash, placing orders, and supporting your manager in running an efficient operation and delivering amazing customer service. 🚀

To Start Your Apprenticeship Journey, You'll Need To:

• Be 16 or older. 🔞
• Not currently be in full-time education. 🎓

What You'll Gain as an Apprentice:

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting, assisting, and serving customers at tills.
• Handle stock with care, manage deliveries, and merchandise products onto shelves.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines for shop cleanliness and tidiness.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, manage cash, place orders, and support the manager.
• Ensure all work set by the apprenticeship provider is completed on time and to a high standard.
