What you'll be doing:
- Be the First Point of Contact: Handle initial IT support requests with a smile, whether it's in person, over the phone, via email, or using remote tools. Think of yourself as the friendly IT guru! π
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Log, track, and resolve IT issues, keeping clear notes and knowing when to call in the cavalry for bigger challenges. π§
- Onboarding Hero: Help new team members get set up, from preparing their tech gear to setting up basic system access. Welcome aboard! π
- Tech Whisperer: Assist users with common issues on desktops, laptops, printers, phones, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams!), and our approved applications. You'll be their go-to for all things tech. π‘
- Security Star: Help with password resets, access inquiries, and mailbox issues, all while working under the guidance of senior team members. π
- Task Master: Take ownership of your assigned tasks, ask for help when you need it, and ensure issues are resolved effectively. We've got your back! π
- Smooth Exits: Assist with processes for departing team members, including equipment returns and access management. πΆββοΈπΆββοΈ
- Meeting Room Maestro: Support our meeting room technology, video conferencing equipment, and general office IT gear. Keep the connections flowing! π€
- Equipment Guru: Prepare, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and accessories according to our IT procedures. Precision is key! βοΈ

Project Power:

Key responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for basic IT support queries.
- Log, update and progress IT support requests, ensuring accurate notes are recorded.
- Assist with the setup of new starters and resolve common user IT issues.
- Prepare, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment.
- Learn technical skills and contribute to documentation and IT projects.
