• Getting our surgeries prepped, sterilising instruments like a pro, and smashing infection control standards. ✨
• Being a crucial part of treatments, keeping patient records spot-on and GDPR-ready. 📝
• Making sure patients are comfy, reassured, and having the best dental experience possible. 🌟
• Keeping our stock, equipment, and surgeries in tip-top shape. 📦
• Maintaining a super clean, safe, and fully kitted-out clinical space. 🧼
• Upholding patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality – always! 🤫
• Working hand-in-hand with dentists and the rest of the team to deliver safe, efficient, and amazing care. 💯

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians during treatments.
• Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards.
• Welcome patients, assist with appointment scheduling, and handle basic enquiries.
• Accurately update patient records and uphold patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and maintain clean, safe clinical areas.
