• Treatment Sidekick: Be the ultimate assistant to our dentists during procedures, and keep patient records accurate and up-to-date. ✍️
• Comfort Champion: Make sure our patients feel totally at ease and have a positive dental journey. 😊
• Stock & Supplies Supremo: Keep our shelves stocked, equipment ready, and surgeries sparkling. ✨
• Cleanliness Czar: Maintain pristine, safe, and fully kitted-out clinical spaces. 🧼

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians.
• Assist with patient interactions, including welcoming and handling basic enquiries.
• Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards.
• Accurately update patient records and uphold patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Maintain clean, safe, and fully equipped clinical areas, including managing stock.
