What you'll be doing:

• 🔥 Assisting our dentists with procedures, providing crucial chair-side support.
• ✨ Sterilising and preparing vital equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
• 💬 Handling reception duties, including answering calls, greeting patients, and managing queries.
• 💳 Processing payments and managing appointment bookings and follow-ups.
• 📝 Maintaining accurate patient records.
• 😊 Supporting our patients' wellbeing and ensuring they have a positive dental experience.
• 🧼 Keeping dental areas clean and tidy.
• 📦 Managing stock of equipment and supplies.
• 🤝 Contributing to any other duties that support our dentists and senior team in delivering excellent patient care.

What we need from you:

• A commitment to learn and grow! 📚
• Ability to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. ✅
• Willingness to receive a Hepatitis B vaccine. 💉

Your Training:

You'll receive regular training from HARRIET ELLIS TRAINING SOLUTIONS LIMITED, with at least 20% of your working hours dedicated to your studies. This apprenticeship is equivalent to a Level 3 (A-level) qualification.
