What you'll be doing:
- Chair-Side Support: Provide top-notch, reliable assistance to our dentists during treatments. 🤝
- Practice Operations: Dive into various roles across the practice, including:
- Reception Rockstar: Answering calls, welcoming patients with a smile, and managing appointments. 📞😊
- Patient Champion: Handling patient queries, processing payments, and managing bookings. 💳🗓️
- Sterilisation Specialist: Ensuring all equipment is hygienically prepared and ready for use. 🧽
- Record Keeper: Accurately maintaining patient records. ✍️
- Stock Manager: Keeping track of essential equipment and supplies. 📦
- General Support: Assisting dentists and the senior team to deliver excellent patient care.

Requirements:
- You'll need to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. ✅
- You'll also need to receive a Hepatitis B vaccine. 💉
Your Training:
You'll be enrolled in a comprehensive training course with Harriet Ellis Training Solutions Limited, focusing on Dental Nursing. This qualification is equivalent to A Levels (Level 3) and includes dedicated off-the-job training as per the Occupational Standard. 📚
