What you'll be doing:
- Becoming the ultimate sidekick to our dentists, providing super-efficient and reliable chair-side support. 🤩
- Keeping our practice sparkling clean and organized – that includes sterilizing and prepping all the essential equipment. ✨
- Being the friendly face and voice of our practice at reception: answering calls, greeting patients, and making everyone feel welcome. 👋
- Helping patients with their questions, booking appointments, and handling payments with a smile. 😊
- Mastering patient record keeping and ensuring everything is accurate. 📝
- Playing a key role in making sure our patients have the best possible experience – your support is crucial! ❤️
- Managing our dental supplies and keeping track of stock. 📦
- Contributing to effective patient care by supporting our dentists and senior team in any way needed. 💪
What you'll need:
- To pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. ✅
- To get your Hepatitis B vaccine. 💉
Your Training:
You'll be splitting your time between hands-on experience in the practice and dedicated learning with HARRIET ELLIS TRAINING SOLUTIONS LIMITED. Expect at least 20% of your working hours to be focused on training and studying to earn your Dental Nurse qualification (equivalent to A Level). 📚
