What you'll be doing:

  • Providing essential chair-side support to our dentists, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. ๐Ÿค
  • Mastering the art of sterilising and preparing vital dental equipment. ๐Ÿงผ
  • Tackling reception duties, from answering calls ๐Ÿ“ž to greeting patients with a smile ๐Ÿ˜Š.
  • Playing a key role in creating a positive and supportive patient experience. โค๏ธ
  • Handling patient queries, taking payments ๐Ÿ’ณ, and managing appointments and follow-ups. ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and contributing to their dental journey. ๐Ÿ“
  • Keeping our dental areas spotless and organised, including chairs and equipment stock. โœจ

What you'll need:

  • To be aged 18 or over (please note: due to insurance restrictions, this role is for individuals aged 19+).
  • A commitment to passing a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. โœ…
  • Willingness to receive a Hepatitis B vaccine. ๐Ÿ’‰
  • Functional Skills qualifications (if required).
