What you'll be doing:

• Being an amazing support for babies and children aged 0-5 years. 🧸
• Becoming a "key person" for a special group of children, making learning an absolute blast! 🎉
• Team up with parents and carers, building awesome connections. 🤝
• Making sure every child's unique needs are spotted and totally smashed! 💪
• Working alongside parents, carers, and their families to make magic happen. ✨
• Keeping our manager in the loop about anything important – like a child's well-being or safety stuff. Your discretion is key! 🤫
• Delivering awesome teaching and super stimulating play experiences. 🧠
• Being a guardian of safety, always knowing how to follow child protection procedures. 🛡️
• Getting involved in team chats, supervisions, and appraisals. Your voice matters! 🗣️
• Taking on training opportunities and owning your personal growth. 🌱

What you'll need:

Key responsibilities

• Support babies and children aged 0 to 5 years.
• Act as a key person to a small group of children, ensuring their needs are met.
• Liaise closely and build effective relationships with parents/carers.
• Teach children, offering appropriate support and stimulating play experiences.
• Ensure children are kept safe and follow child protection procedures.
