About the role
Are you all about making learning a blast for little ones? 🚀 New Birth Day Nursery is on the hunt for a super-motivated Early Years Educator (Level 3) to join our awesome team! ✨
We’re looking for someone who’s seriously passionate about helping kids aged 3 months to 5 years grow and explore. As a Key Person, you’ll be the go-to for a small group of children, making every day an adventure with fun and engaging activities. 🧸 You’ll also be a champ at chatting with parents and carers, ensuring every child’s unique needs are spotted and met. 🤝

- Be the rockstar Key Person for your group, building solid relationships with families and making sure every child feels seen and supported. 🌟
- Team up with parents, carers, and families to create the best environment for our little stars. 👨👩👧👦
- Keep our Manager in the loop on anything important – from a child's wellbeing to safety checks – always keeping things confidential, of course! 🤫
- Inspire learning through super-stimulating play experiences, giving kids the support they need to shine. 💡
- Be a guardian of safety, making sure our children are protected and you’re clued up on child protection procedures. 🛡️
- Jump into team meetings, supervisor chats, and appraisals with ideas and energy! 🗣️
- Own your growth by attending training and working on your own development. 🌱

Key responsibilities
- Supporting children aged 3 months to 5 years.
- Acting as a key person for a group of children, liaising with parents/carers.
- Teaching children and offering stimulating play experiences.
- Ensuring children are kept safe and following child protection procedures.
- Advising the manager of any concerns regarding children's well-being or equipment safety.
