Your Apprenticeship Journey:

• This is work-based training – no boring college lectures! You'll get 1-on-1 support from a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-house mentor. 🧑‍🏫

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the front of house team during busy shifts, ensuring a 5* customer experience.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, addressing any issues quickly and safely.
• Utilise creativity and organisational skills to bring communities closer together through events.
