Your Apprenticeship Journey:
This isn't your typical classroom setup! You'll gain a Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship through hands-on, work-based training. You'll have regular support from your Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-work mentor. Plus, you'll get Functional Skills in Maths and English if needed, tailored to you. We'll have 12-weekly reviews to track your progress. 📚✅

Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience
- Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence
- Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts
