Ready to kickstart your career in sport and activity? 💪 Join GLL and help us boost sports and activity delivery across our centres! As a Community Activator, you'll be at the heart of our social sports clubs and gymnastics programs, delivering awesome, high-quality sessions. 🤸‍♀️⚽️

You'll be a key player in growing our dry-side sports, from multi-sports activities to planning engaging sessions and giving constructive feedback to participants and their parents. 🗣️

This isn't just about coaching! You'll also get involved in setting up and packing down equipment, assisting in our extreme zones and soft play areas, and potentially helping out on reception or with outreach initiatives. 🤝

Learn to deliver sessions safely, inspire participants, and champion increased participation within your community. 📈

Your apprenticeship includes:

• Regular face-to-face and online check-ins (every 4-6 weeks) for feedback and progress updates. 💻
• A mix of on-the-job and off-the-job training, including awesome workshops and webinars. 💡
• Bi-weekly (every 12 weeks) reviews with your Line Manager and dedicated Learning Coach. 💯
• The chance to gain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you don't already have GCSEs). 📚

This apprenticeship prepares you for exciting roles like: Community Sports Health Officer, Outreach Officer, Lead Activity Officer, Health & Wellbeing Lead, and Sports Development Assistant. 🎯
