What We're Looking For:

Your Apprenticeship Journey:
You'll be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. 🌟 This means you'll gain a nationally recognised qualification while supporting our amazing pubs and creating epic guest moments. You'll get:

Key responsibilities
- Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, communicating service cycle and product information.
- Provide personalised recommendations that cater to specific guest needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house, outdoor and toilet areas.
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
- Adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.
