You'll also be working towards your Marston's Academy Hospitality Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification over 15 months, including Functional Skills in maths and English. 🎓

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure efficient and profitable business operations
• Perform opening and closing duties, stocking, and cashing up
• Be accountable for the smooth running of shifts and managing all aspects of the pub in management's absence
