What your Apprenticeship includes (8-month program):

• Work-Based Learning: No need to attend college! Your training is hands-on, with support from your dedicated Learner Coach and an in-work mentor. 🎓
• Functional Skills: Gain essential qualifications in English and Maths (if needed). 📚
• Regular Reviews: Consistent feedback sessions with your line manager and Learner Coach to track your progress. 📊
• Level 2 Foundation Qualification: Achieve a recognized Health and Social Care Level 2 qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality personal care, including personal hygiene, washing, dressing, oral hygiene, and nail care.
• Manage medication according to individual needs and provide appropriate support.
• Prepare meals and assist individuals with eating based on dietary requirements.
• Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and shopping.
• Support individuals in pursuing a social and active lifestyle and engaging in meaningful activities.
