What You'll Be Doing:

- Helping individuals with personal hygiene, dressing, and meal prep. 🍎
- Administering medication with precision and care. 💊
- Assisting with household tasks like cleaning and shopping. 🧹
- Championing social and active lifestyles based on personal interests. 🏞️
- Being a friendly face and combating isolation. 🤗
- Collaborating with our team to plan and review support. 🤝
- Keeping accurate records of the incredible support you provide. ✍️
- Speaking up and reporting any concerns about well-being. 📣
- Most importantly: Supporting people to enjoy activities that are meaningful and fun to *them*, even if they're outside your comfort zone. A willingness to jump in and embrace diversity is key! 🎭
What This Apprenticeship Offers You:
- No College? No Problem! 🎉 Our apprenticeships are delivered on-the-job with work-based training.
- Awesome Support System: You'll have a dedicated Learner Coach for regular check-ins (face-to-face and remote calls every 6 weeks) and an amazing in-work mentor. 🧑🏫
- Skill Up: Gain valuable Functional Skills in English and Maths (if needed). 📚
- Regular Feedback: Get support and reviews every 12 weeks with your manager and Learner Coach.
- Get Qualified: Work towards a Health and Social Care Foundation Apprenticeship L2 qualification over 8 months. 🎓
