Your Apprenticeship Journey:
You'll be working towards a Health and Social Care Level 2 Foundation Apprenticeship over 8 months, with all training delivered on-the-job! No college attendance needed! π
- Work-Based Learning: A mix of face-to-face sessions and remote calls with your dedicated Learner Coach every 6 weeks. π»
- In-Work Support: A mentor within the workplace to guide you every step of the way. π§βπ«
- Skills Development: Opportunity to obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if needed). π
- Regular Reviews: 12-weekly reviews with you, your manager, and your Learner Coach to track your progress. β

Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent quality personal care, including hygiene, washing, dressing, oral hygiene and nail care.
- Manage and administer medication according to individual needs.
- Prepare meals and assist with eating, adhering to individual dietary requirements.
- Assist with household tasks including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and shopping.
- Support individuals to engage in meaningful social and active lifestyles, providing companionship.
