Your Apprenticeship includes:

• Work-based training – no college needed! Learn through hands-on experience, virtual sessions, and calls with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. 📚
• A workplace mentor to guide you. 🧑‍🏫
• Regular reviews every 12 weeks with feedback sessions. 🔄

Apprenticeship: Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage L3 (includes Functional Skills in Maths and English).

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
