As an Apprentice Team Leader with Chef and Brewer, your energy and knack for looking after people make you the perfect person to lead our front-of-house crew. 🤩 You'll make sure everyone on the team knows their stuff and can totally wow customers with a 5-star experience. 🌟 And it's not just about food and drinks! As an Apprentice Team Leader, you will:

• Serve customers with a genuine and unforgettable experience every single time they visit. ❤️
• Step in for the management team and handle any issues that pop up when they're not around. 💪
• Help organise and guide the team during busy shifts, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. ⚙️
• Make sure the bar is always safe, compliant with regulations, and sparkling clean, tackling any issues quickly and safely. 🧼

Your Apprenticeship Journey:

• No college visits needed! Your apprenticeship is delivered through on-the-job training. This includes in-person sessions and remote calls with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. You'll also have a mentor in the workplace for guidance. 📚
• Gain valuable Functional Skills in English and maths, with support tailored to your needs (if you don't already have GCSEs or equivalent). ✅
• Regular reviews every 12 weeks with you, your Line Manager, and your Lifetime Learner Coach, including feedback sessions. 🗣️

Qualification: Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage Level 3, including Functional Skills in maths and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
