Teamwork makes the dream work! πͺ You'll collaborate closely with your room leader and the management crew to smash all legal requirements and ensure our nursery is always exceeding expectations. Get ready to get creative! You'll share responsibility for crafting an awesome curriculum, packed with engaging activities tailored to the unique needs of every child. π¨
Your role will involve:
- Implementing exciting planned activities and critically reflecting on their success. π€
- Building strong, professional relationships with colleagues, parents, and external partners. π€
- Championing Health and Safety and Safeguarding daily β because their well-being is paramount. π
- Nailing all your coursework and hitting deadlines to stay on track with your qualification. π
- Attending all your assessor appointments like a pro. ποΈ

Key responsibilities
- Work in partnership with colleagues to ensure the daily running of the nursery.
- Deliver high-quality, child-centred care in line with regulatory requirements.
- Plan and implement an interesting and varied curriculum based on children's needs.
- Take responsibility for daily Health and Safety and Safeguarding.
- Complete and submit all required coursework in a timely manner.
