What you'll be doing:

Front of House Vibes:

• 🌟 Greet everyone with a massive welcome and make them feel right at home.
• 💸 Serve up orders super smoothly at the till, totally nailing what our customers want.
• 🍔 Deliver delicious Nando's food that makes our customers feel 'Fired Up', 'Wowed by the Experience', and 'Hooked for the Next Taste'!
• 🚶‍♀️ Bring drinks and food to tables, making sure our guests have everything they need.
• 🥡 Ace the takeaway game, ensuring every order is perfect.
• 🧼 Keep your workstation spotless, safe, and totally ready to go.
• 🧽 Tackle deep cleaning like a pro, hitting Nando's high standards.
• 🚨 Stay on top of all safety, hygiene, and security measures.

Back of House Action:

• 🌶️ Prep, cook, and serve incredible Nando's dishes that leave our customers feeling 'Fired Up', 'Wowed by the Experience', and 'Hooked for the Next Taste'!
• 🍳 Set up, maintain, and close down a super clean, safe, and operational workstation.

Key responsibilities

• Giving a warm welcome to customers and serving them efficiently at the till.
• Serving amazing food and drink to Nando's high standards.
• Managing takeaway customer experience.
• Setting up, maintaining, handing over, and closing down a clean, safe, and fully operational workstation.
• Following all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures.
