As an Apprentice Nandoca (aka Team Member), you'll embark on a 15-month journey towards a Food and Beverage Team Member Apprenticeship. We're all about investing in YOU, providing training, development, and a personalized learning plan to help you grow not just in your role, but as a person too! 🌱 We want you to make every customer feel valued, creating a vibe that’s fun, welcoming, and makes them feel like part of our family. What you'll be doing:

Front of House Goals:

• 🌟 Be the first point of awesome contact, greeting everyone with a smile and making them feel right at home.
• 📱 Master the till, serving up orders with speed and accuracy, truly understanding what our customers want.
• 💯 Deliver mouth-watering Nando's dishes that leave our customers feeling 'Fired Up,' 'Wowed by the Experience,' and 'Hooked for the Next Taste.'
• 🍽️ Bring delicious food and drinks to the table, ensuring our guests have everything they need for a perfect meal.
• 📦 Ace the takeaway experience, making sure it's as amazing as dining in.
• 🧼 Set up, maintain, and close down your workstation, keeping it spotless, safe, and ready for action.
• 🧽 Tackle deep cleaning with Nando's high standards.
• 🚨 Champion all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security protocols.

Back of House Power:

Your Apprenticeship:

You'll be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship (Food and Beverage Service Level 2), which includes essential Functional Skills in Maths and English. 📚
