What you'll be doing:

• Providing awesome chair-side support to our dentists. 🧑‍⚕️
• Keeping our equipment super clean and ready to go (sterilising and preparing). ✨
• Handling reception duties: answering calls, greeting patients, managing appointments, and taking payments. 📞💳🗓️
• Answering patient questions and making sure they have a positive experience. 😊
• Accurately recording patient information. 📝
• Keeping our dental areas sparkling clean. ✨
• Managing our essential supplies and equipment stock. 📦
• Contributing to overall patient wellbeing and their dental journey. ❤️

Your Training:

You'll be working closely with Harriet Ellis Training Solutions Limited, dedicating at least 20% of your working hours to study and training. This apprenticeship is equivalent to a Level 3 (A-Level) qualification. 📚
