Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and greeting patients warmly. 📞
• Dealing with patient questions and providing helpful information. 🤔
• Booking appointments and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care. 🗓️
• Sterilizing and preparing instruments and equipment for dental procedures. 🔧
• Accurately recording and managing patient information. 📝
• Supporting patients' wellbeing and enhancing their overall dental visit. 🥰
• Keeping dental areas clean and tidy, including the dental chairs. 🧼
• Managing inventory of dental supplies and equipment. 📦
• Supporting dentists and the senior team to deliver top-notch patient care. 👍

Requirements:

• You'll need to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. 👮
• A Hepatitis B vaccine is required. 💉
• This is a Level 3 (A level equivalent) Apprenticeship Standard. 📚

Training:

• Your training will be delivered right here at the dental surgery! 🏢
• Functional Skills training will be provided if needed. ✍️
