What you'll be doing:

• Assisting our dentists with procedures – you'll be their right-hand person! 🤝
• Keeping our equipment spotless and ready for action by sterilising and preparing it. 🧼
• Being the friendly face of our practice at reception, greeting patients and answering calls. 📞
• Ensuring every patient has a positive and comfortable experience. 😊
• Handling reception duties: answering the phone, greeting patients, and managing patient queries.
• Processing payments and managing appointment bookings and follow-ups. 🗓️
• Maintaining patient records accurately. 📝
• Supporting patient wellbeing and their overall dental journey.
• Keeping our dental areas clean and tidy, including the dental chairs.
• Managing our stock of equipment and supplies. 📦
• Providing essential support to our dentists and senior team to deliver top-notch patient care.
