What You'll Be Doing:
As a key member of our team, you'll be at the heart of patient care, working alongside experienced dentists. Your day-to-day will be a mix of exciting responsibilities, including:
- Chair-side Assistance: Providing efficient and reliable support to dentists during procedures. ๐ฆท
- Sterilisation & Preparation: Ensuring all equipment is spotless and ready for use. ๐งผ
- Patient Experience: Welcoming patients, managing queries, and making sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for. ๐
- Reception Duties: Answering calls, greeting visitors, booking appointments, and processing payments. ๐๐ณ
- Record Keeping: Accurately documenting patient information and maintaining confidentiality. โ๏ธ
- Stock Management: Keeping an eye on supplies and ensuring we have everything we need. ๐ฆ
- Team Support: Contributing to the smooth running of the practice and supporting the senior dental team. ๐ค
