What you'll be doing:
Get ready for a dynamic role where you'll be an essential part of our dental practice! You'll work closely with dentists, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our patients feel supported. Your day-to-day will include:
- Chair-side Support: Providing efficient and reliable assistance to dentists during treatments. 🤝
- Equipment Care: Sterilising and preparing instruments and equipment to the highest standards. 🧽
- Patient Experience: Greeting patients with a smile, managing inquiries, and ensuring they have a positive and comfortable visit. 😊
- Practice Operations: Handling reception duties like answering calls, booking appointments, taking payments, and managing patient records. 📞💳
- Team Collaboration: Supporting dentists and the senior team to deliver exceptional patient care. 🚀
- General Duties: This might also involve cleaning dental areas, managing stock, and other tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the practice. 📦
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
- Pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. ✅
- Receive your Hepatitis B vaccine. 💉
- Be ready to learn and grow! 🌟
Training:
Your training will be delivered right here at the dental surgery, combining hands-on experience with your formal qualification. We'll also provide Functional Skills training if needed.
