What you'll be doing:
As an integral part of our practice, you'll be hands-on from day one. Your role will involve:
- Chair-side Assistance: Providing efficient and reliable support to our dentists during treatments. ๐ค
- Sterilisation & Preparation: Ensuring all equipment is clean, sterilised, and ready for use. ๐งผ
- Patient Support: Greeting patients warmly, answering queries, and making sure they have a positive experience from arrival to departure. ๐
- Reception Duties: Managing calls, taking payments, booking appointments, and keeping patient records up-to-date. ๐๐๏ธ
- Practice Operations: Assisting with stock management, cleaning dental areas, and contributing to the smooth running of the practice. ๐ฆ
- Teamwork: Working collaboratively with dentists and the senior team to deliver exceptional patient care. ๐ช

Requirements:
- Successful completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. โ
- Willingness to undergo a Hepatitis B vaccination. ๐
- You'll undertake your training directly at the dental surgery. ๐
- Functional Skills will be provided if required.
