What you'll be doing:
- Providing essential chair-side support to our dentists, ensuring smooth and efficient treatment delivery.
- Mastering the art of sterilising and preparing dental equipment – keeping things clean and safe is key! ✨
- Playing a vital role at reception: greeting patients with a smile, answering calls, and managing appointments. 📞
- Handling patient queries and taking payments with professionalism. 💳
- Contributing to an amazing patient experience from the moment they walk in to their follow-up appointments. 🥰
- Assisting with patient records and ensuring everything is accurately documented. ✍️
- Supporting patient wellbeing and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. 🤗
- Helping to manage stock and keep our practice running like a well-oiled machine. ⚙️
- Collaborating with our dentists and senior team to deliver exceptional patient care.
What you'll need:
- A commitment to learning and developing your skills.
- A positive attitude and strong communication abilities.
- The ability to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. 💯
- To be willing to receive a Hepatitis B vaccine.
