What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting our amazing dentists during treatments 🦷
  • Keeping our equipment super clean and sterilised ✨
  • Being the friendly face at reception – answering calls and welcoming patients 👋
  • Helping to make sure every patient has a positive and comfortable experience 😊
  • Handling patient queries and taking payments 💳
  • Booking appointments and managing patient records 📝
  • Ensuring we have all the supplies we need 📦

The Nitty-Gritty:

  • Duration: 12-month, government-funded apprenticeship.
  • Qualification: Level 3 Extended Diploma in Dental Nursing, accredited by City & Guilds.
  • Training: Delivered on-site at our dental practice.
  • Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • Hepatitis B vaccination required.
  • Functional Skills qualifications may be required.
