What you'll be doing:

• Providing awesome chair-side support to our dentists. 🤝
• Keeping our surgery spotless and equipment ready to go by sterilizing and preparing it. 🧼
• Handling reception duties – answering calls, greeting patients with a smile 😊, and managing appointments. 📅
• Assisting with patient queries and ensuring everyone feels welcome and supported. 🤗
• Helping with administrative tasks like taking payments and managing patient records. 📝
• Contributing to an amazing patient experience, making sure everyone leaves happy and healthy. 😄
• Managing stock and ensuring our practice is always well-equipped. 📦
• Supporting our dentists and senior team to deliver top-notch patient care. 💯

What you'll need:

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn! 💪
• Ability to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. ✅
• Willingness to get a Hepatitis B vaccine. 💉

Training & Development:

• This is a Level 3 (A-Level equivalent) Apprenticeship Standard, recognized by the GDC (General Dental Council).
• Your training will take place right here at the dental surgery, blending practical experience with classroom learning. 📚
• Functional Skills will be provided if needed. 🧠
