This is a fantastic 12-month, government-funded apprenticeship with City & Guilds, leading to a Level 3 Extended Diploma. You'll be learning on the job while gaining invaluable skills and experience. 🎓
What you'll be doing:
- Providing top-notch chair-side support to our dentists. 🧑⚕️
- Keeping our equipment sterile and ready to go. 🧼
- Handling reception duties – answering calls, greeting patients, and managing appointments. 📞📅
- Supporting our patients every step of the way, ensuring they have a positive experience. 😊
- Assisting with patient queries and managing payments. 💰
- Maintaining patient records accurately. 📝
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for everyone. 💯
We're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our supportive practice environment. You'll be working closely with our dentists and senior team to deliver excellent patient care.
Requirements:
- Must be eligible for a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. ✅
- Must be willing to receive a Hepatitis B vaccine. 💉
This is a Level 3 (A-level equivalent) Apprenticeship Standard, with training delivered right here at the dental surgery. 🚀 Functional Skills training will be provided if needed.
