What You'll Be Doing:

• Playing a crucial role in major client campaigns.
• Gaining exposure to the full marketing spectrum: strategy, psychology, branding, design, sales, lead generation, and SO much more. 🧠
• Supporting the team across various business areas – teamwork makes the dream work! 💪
• By the end of your probation, you'll be crushing client communication and delivering awesome paid and organic social media work like a pro. 🚀

Your Growth Path:

Assistant Social Media Manager → Account Manager → Head of Social. We’re all about fast growth and impactful work. ✨

What You'll Bring:

• Confidence to lead conversations and get amazing results.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 📱
• Skills in video and image editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.). 🎨
• Experience managing client accounts (or be super close to it!).
• Hands-on experience with paid Meta ads (a bonus!).
• Based in or near Milton Keynes. 📍
• Driving licence and own vehicle. 🚗
• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
• *Note: You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject. We’ll consider combinations of experience and qualifications too!*

Hours & Location:

• Full-time: Initially hybrid (office on Thursdays & Fridays, home-based Mon-Wed). Becomes full-time office-based in Milton Keynes post-probation. 🏢
• Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm (flexible start, but no later than 9 am!).
• Part-time hours are negotiable. 🤝
