We're searching for a motivated individual to join our Edinburgh team in our state-of-the-art refurbishment centre. You'll play a key role in extending the life of technology and making a real environmental impact. 🌱

What you'll be doing:

• Keeping our digital ticketing platform running smoothly, tracking requests and ensuring accurate updates. 💻
• Managing purchase orders and maintaining digital records for awesome service delivery and stock management. 📊
• Becoming a digital platform whiz (Vantage Online!), supporting your colleagues and sharing your expertise. 🚀
• Using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams) to communicate, collaborate, and help with reports. 🤝
• Teaming up with engineers and management to prioritise tasks and deliver top-notch customer service. ✅
• Helping with digital stock control and inventory, keeping records sharp and spotting trends. 📦
• Maintaining crucial business documents like service logs and operational data, keeping everything compliant. 💯
• Suggesting ways to improve our digital processes and make things even more efficient. 💡

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. ⏰

Important Info:

This is a vocational apprenticeship, giving you hands-on experience and a nationally recognised qualification (SCQF Level 6) at the end. You'll have a dedicated QA skills coach and an in-work mentor to guide you every step of the way, helping you develop the skills you need to succeed. ✨

Key responsibilities

• Log, triage and manage service requests through Agilico's digital ticketing platform.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate digital records across multiple business systems.
• Train to become a key user and super user of Vantage Online and associated digital platforms.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, workshop teams and management to prioritise workloads, coordinate resources and ensure excellent customer service.
• Support digital stock control and inventory management processes, maintaining accurate records and producing reports.
